Víctor Porras

Raised right next to the mudflats of the Bay of Cadiz, Victor developed a total fascination for all aspects of natural history from a very early age. A lifelong birder, and a tourism professional graduated in the University of Cadiz, he has extensive travel industry experience leading wildlife activities during the ten years he lived in Ireland, Germany and Poland. Victor joined Birding Tarifa in 2017, guiding day trips and tours in Spain and Morocco, looking after travel operations and participating in numerous field surveys.

He is also a passionate conservationist, taking an active role in several nature conservation projects as a volunteer.
