Birdwatching Trips, Pelagics: Seabirds, Nature Photography

  • All reservations of the birdwatching trips, pelagic trips: Seabirds and nature photography trips will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment and delivery of a confirmation email or SMS message.
  • In the event of a client cancelling at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date for the trip, the company will proceed to make a full refund of the charged amount.
  • Any client cancellation occurring between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the trip will imply a refund of 50% of the charged amount.
  • In the event of a cancellation with shorter notice than 48 hours before the scheduled start date, no refund will apply.

Tours and Scheduled Trips

  • All tours and scheduled trip reservations will only be confirmed once the company has received the required deposit and the client has received a confirmation email or SMS message.
  • Full payment of all tours and scheduled trips is required at least 15 days before the activity start date.
  • In the event of a client cancelling before 3 months prior to the start date of any tour or scheduled trip, the company will refund 100% of the received deposit.
  • In the case of a client cancelling within the third month before the start date of any tour or scheduled trip, the company will refund 75% of the received deposit.
  • If a client cancels within the second month before the start date of any tour or scheduled trip, the company will proceed to refund 50% of the received deposit.
  • In the event of a client cancelling during the last month prior to the start date of any tour or scheduled trip, NO refund will be made.
  • In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure or for duly justified reasons, the company will always make every effort to re-sell the cancelled vacancy and only in the event of successfully finding a substitute participant that books this space, a 100% refund of the deposit will apply.

All trips are always to be confirmed on the morning prior to departure on the basis of the latest weather conditions, for which it is essential to contact us on +34 956 680 741 or +34 696 448 347 in order to get that final confirmation and save yourself a possible unnecessary drive to the pier.

  • In the event of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, you will be given the possibility of modifying your reservation to a later date or, in case of that not being an option for you, get a refund of you deposit.
  • In the event of a client cancelling at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date for the trip, the company will proceed to make a full refund of the charged amount.
  • Any client cancellation occurring between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the trip will imply a refund of 50% of the charged amount.
  • In the case of a cancellation with shorter notice than 48 hours before the start date of the trip, no refund will apply.

In the unlikely event of not spotting any cetacean species during the trip, a second chance will be offered for FREE.

  • All course and workshop reservations will only be confirmed after receipt of the required deposit and delivery of a confirmation email or SMS message to the participant. Even though the updated available vacancies on these activities will be shown on our website, it is recommendable to always get confirmation of availability via email or telephone before you proceed to make your payment.
  • In the event of a client cancelling at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date for the course or workshop, the company will proceed to make a full refund of the charged amount.
